Update from the EP | May 2018 | wk 22

So we’re going to try and share some of the goings on behind the scenes at Broadcast Amsterdam, with a regular ‘Update from the EP’, a short diary-style thing, which we broadcast on our radio station as well as sharing online. This is the first one.

Summary:

• I’ve had an operation recently, and this is my first day back at work.
• there’s new radio content to produce, updating our news and events content
• I’m working out a system for you, our listeners, to easily contribute audio to the radio station using your smartphones as we really want less of my voice on the radio, and more of you.
• I’m ready to release our new video about Mixtree.org, a local non-profit event space in Amsterdam’s Nieuwe West, and also schedule a TV broadcast on Salto 1.
• we should really send our first email to those keen people who asked to be on our email update list (it’s coming!)
• we should meet up … I’ll be getting our volunteers together for a catch up soon (to be announced on Facebook soon).
