Ruth Wilson, producer and presenter introduces a new 10-part series of Your Stories of Health focused on how life’s challenges have impacted their health and happiness, and what we are doing to better understand what it means to be healthy today.
This first episode includes definitions of happiness from the Catalina Cernina, CEO of the Health & Happiness Institute and local Amsterdammers Lucy Goodchild and Carla van de Guchte who discuss how their happiness is impacted by their health, while listening to their personal soundtracks.
