Season 5 of Amsterdam Kitchen radio show is here and started with the delightful Péter Kiss from the Hungry Hungarian Kitchen joining @CathyCentral in the studio and Geli aka @damkitchens calling in with loads of local food stories. Peter had lots to share about his local catering service and Hungarian dishes – we think it could be this years’s new food trend (you heard it from us first)! He also brought us a lovely beef stew and Austrian side to taste, live in the show – sorry Geli – you’ll have to pick yours up another time. Plus good music, including Arlo Parks, Smith & Burrows, some nice drum and bass from Delta Heavy (Péter’s pick) and more.
