Time to slowdown again, Amsterdam. From an old Scottish folk artist, Nick Drake, Amy MacDonald – very much alive with a great new album … to a gorgeous Sleep soundtrack from composer, Max Richter, @CathyCentral, stood in for regular host, Ruth, to bring you this edition of the Slowdown Show. And there were quite a few shoutouts to friends from across the world who sent in their suggestions, from NZ to Ramsbottom.
